Jason is our Founder and Director. With over 10 years recruitment experience in both Agency and In-House, with Europe’s leading Media and Entertainment company.
Jason manages all Accountancy & Finance and IT roles at Cross Resourcing, as well as day-to-day operational responsibility of the team.

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
With over 25 years experience working with an established Edinburgh Agency, Susan joined Cross Resourcing in 2021 and Leads our Office Services Division.
Susan works with a number of UK based Charities, Accountancy Firms and Legal Firms recruiting top talent into their growing teams on a temporary and permanent basis.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
With over 2 years of recruitment experience in agency, Justyna joined Cross Resourcing in 2024 to grow our Legal Division.
During her recruitment career, Justyna worked with lawyers qualified in Scotland, England & Wales as well as in the United States and other jurisdictions.
She is a bilingual and inquisitive individual with a great attention to detail, who is passionate about matching top Legal talent.
